Holistic Nutrition by Audrey’s goal is to help you fall in love with food again by showing you how to choose healthier options and teaching you how to create tasty and simple home-made food that will keep you feeling full, boost your energy levels, and help you to lose weight in a stress-free way.
As well as discussing your diet and relationship with food, I will talk about your stress levels, allergies, sleep quality, digestive quality, and any other concerns that could be contributing to weight gain or weight retention.
After an initial consultation, I will equip you with a weight loss programme, meal plan, and accessible nutrition advice to help you on your journey to weight loss, with regular scheduled check-ins to make sure that you’re coping okay with everything that your new weight loss journey entails.

During this consultation, I will ask a number of questions regarding your health to get an overall picture and hear any concerns or issues you may be having. This consultation gives me the information I need in relation to your health, body and goals.
Weight Loss Programme
Following your consultation, I will create a unique, personally-tailored weight loss programme to suit your individual needs. As well as including a meal plan and general advice, this plan will take into account your stress levels, sleep quality, food intolerances, and any other aspects of your life that could be making weight management difficult.
