Joint Pain

If you’re suffering from joint pain, tweaking your lifestyle and diet can often help greatly in the management of pain and inflammation. I have years of experience in helping clients to manage and reduce joint pain, providing a holistic approach to nutrition for individualised advice and recommendations.
As well as working to reduce the pain and inflammation felt by joint pain and arthritis, Holistic Nutrition by Audrey aims to target the root of the problem and treat any intolerances or allergies that may be causing the pain. I also take a look at my clients’ overall health, enquiring about your stress levels, sleep quality, eating habits, and other health concerns to create a detailed and personalised image of your overall health.
Following a 45-60 minute consultation, I will equip you with a meal plan of delicious anti-inflammatory foods and advice on lifestyle changes to help relieve your joint pain. After your initial consultation, I will follow up with you on a weekly basis to check-in on your journey and let you ask for any help, advice or recommendations you may need circa your new lifestyle changes.
The aim of my joint pain management services is to help you live a healthy, energetic, and enjoyable life free of joint pain.
