Food Intolerances

A Food Intolerance is defined as difficulty in digesting certain food groups, which often causes an unpleasant reaction such as bloating, gas, constipation, and more.
Food intolerances can be extremely difficult to manage, especially when you are intolerant to a major food group such as gluten or dairy. If you’ve been diagnosed with a food intolerance, Holistic Nutrition by Audrey can help.
As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I offer comprehensive food intolerance management by taking all aspects of the body and the intolerance into account.
When you book a food intolerance management consultation with Holistic Nutrition by Audrey, your consultation will begin by me asking you a number of questions about your overall health and lifestyle to get an idea of your health and food intolerance triggers.
Following on from this, I will create a personalised meal plan to help you avoid any food groups that may cause triggers while replacing meals with delicious and simple alternatives.
During your time working with me, I offer weekly phone check-ins, giving you the opportunity to ask for any help or advice on your new health journey and make you feel truly supported.
The end goal of my food intolerance management services is to reduce food intolerance symptoms and equip you with the tools necessary for a healthy and happy lifestyle.
